When will the Pre-Order item in my order ship?Updated 10 months ago

The estimated ship date for your pre-ordered item is always stated on the "add to cart" button when you select the product you're looking to purchase. We do our best to put items on pre-order about 30-45 days from when the products will be available in our warehouse, according to the estimate given to us our by manufacturers. 

Because intake can sometimes take a day or three, we often show the estimated ship date as the span of a week (i.e. "Shipping: 8/14 - 8/21"); and while transit to our warehouse and intake is pretty much a science by now, the actual ship date of your item may be within 1-2 weeks of the date stated on the product.

International customers: At this time, due to how our third-party logistics company processes and ships international orders, any order containing a pre-order item will not ship until the pre-ordered item arrives, and the order is available to ship in totality. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
