My discount / promo code isn’t working! What’s up with that?Updated 6 months ago

That stinks! There are a couple of reasons this could be happening:

• You’re attempting to use multiple promotions at a time, like two discount codes at once, or loyalty points on top of a promotional code (our shopping platform only allows for one per order);
• Your order doesn’t qualify for the promotion (a lot of our promotions are only applicable to orders that contain specific products);
• You used your discount code on a previous order;
• The promotion may be expired;
• You may not be eligible for the promotion.

If you feel like your order does qualify but the promotion still isn’t going through, please reach out to us at [email protected] and our Customer Happiness team will get to the bottom of it for you!

PLEASE NOTE: We can only honor discount codes that have come directly from a Twillory promotional email, pop-up, or mailer. Discount codes obtained from third-party sites can be denied at our discretion.
