I accidentally placed my order to the incorrect address! What can we do?Updated 7 months ago

If you don't already see your order as shipped (i.e. you have not yet received your tracking number), reach out to us at [email protected] and we can attempt to have our third-party fulfillment center change the address for you. Due to our logistic partner's rapid fulfillment, we are not able to guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed, regardless of when we are contacted.

Once an order is in the process of being picked, we are unfortunately not able to change the delivery address, and are not responsible for successful delivery to the correct address.
