How much is shipping, and how long will it take for my Twills to arrive?Updated 15 days ago
Shipping is free for orders where the cart subtotal comes out to $139+ after any discounts are applied. For orders below the $139 threshold, there is a $15 shipping fee.
We generally process and ship orders within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. Our standard / free shipping takes around 5-10 days shipped anywhere in the US.
If you require faster delivery, we offer 2 Day and Next Day Air shipping options at checkout. The cost of expedited shipping depends on where you are shipping to. To ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner with expedited shipping, please be aware that our shipping window closes at different times depending on your selection. The cutoff window for 2 Day shipping is 6AM ET that day, and the cutoff window for Next Day Air is 10AM ET that day. In addition, orders with expedited shipping will be shipped and transferred through the carrier's system on business days only. So if you choose the 2 Day option on a Thursday evening, your order will be processed and shipped on Friday, and you would get your order the following Tuesday.
Orders above $1000 are considered to be high-value orders, and can only be shipped signature required. We offer two types of shipping for high-value orders: UPS Ground (which is free of charge), and Next Day shipping (delivery on business days only). Please note that upon receiving a high-value order, a member of Twillory Customer Support will reach out to confirm that the billing address of the order matches that of the address on a valid form of ID, such as a drivers license, or a piece of official mail.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawai'i, and International destinations (such as the UK) are not included as part of our free shipping and returns, and is covered by the customer.
Please note: In times when our warehouse experiences higher than regular order volume (ex. Mondays or during a major sale), orders may take an additional 1-2 business day to process. Shipping times are calculated based on when the order has been fulfilled and shipped, not when the order was placed. We are not responsible for delays in shipping when an order is sent using our free shipping.
