What is Twillory's return policy?Updated 5 days ago

Contiguous US: Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery so long as they are unworn, unlaundered, unaltered, and with tags still attached. Items marked as "Final Sale" when purchased are ineligible for any kind of return. 

Return shipping is free within the contiguous US when you opt in to Checkout+ when placing your order. If you did not opt in to Checkout+ when placing your order, you will be charged for shipping when processing your return.

First returns against an order with Checkout+ are covered by Twillory. Returns against exchanges, or secondary returns against a paid order, will incur a processing fee of $15.

Returns outside of the standard 30-day return window require prior authorization from our team at [email protected]. If authorized, there will be a $15 processing fee applied when processing your return through our return portal. We do not accept returns for orders delivered outside of 60 days.

Shipping fees paid for by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Returned items must be packed in such a way that they can be reconditioned for resale and with original packaging and accessories (i.e. a Blazer must be returned with the garment bag and hanger). Twillory reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements in our sole discretion. Twillory is not responsible for any returned items that are either not confirmed by our Customer Support team or through our Aftership return app as part of the return, or non-Twillory items that have been shipped back to Twillory's warehouse.
