What’s your return policy like?Updated 5 months ago

As long as your items are unworn, unlaundered, and we are contacted within 30 days from when your order was delivered, your first return is absolutely free in the contiguous United States!

Fine print: Items that are marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible to be returned for refund or exchange unless otherwise stated. Items that are marked as "Exchanges accepted, S&H fees apply" means that there is a processing fee for any item exchanged or returned.

Customers are only eligible for one free label against each paid order. Any subsequent returns made against an order (including a return against an exchange order) will incur a $15 fee for every additional return label.

Returns outside of the 30 day return window require prior authorization. Between 30 and 60 days we will reduce the refund for a late return by a $15 order processing fee, along with an additional $15.00 USD handling fee per item returned. Exchanges will incur a $15 fee for each return, along with an additional $10 handling fee per item being exchanged. After 60 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping fees paid for by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Please note that we only offer one pre-paid return label per order. Loss of label or multiple return shipments will incur a $15.00 USD fee per label required (pre-order items that were sent as part of a later shipment than ready-to-ship items, and orders that have multiple packages as part of the initial shipment, are exempt from this additional fee). 

Returned items must be packed in such a way that they can be reconditioned for resale and with original packaging and accessories (i.e. a Blazer must be returned with the garment bag and hanger). We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements in our sole discretion. We are not responsible for any items sent back to us that are not confirmed either by our Customer Support team or through our Aftership return app as part of the return. We are also not responsible for items or orders returned of the customer's own accord without contacting our Customer Support team first.
