Please note that the app cannot handle certain return requests. If you are looking to process a return against the following types of orders, or have received the message on our return app stating that your order falls outside of our standard policy, please email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to investigate for you:
Second returns against a paid order
Returns against exchanges
Returns outside of our standard return window
Orders with specific discounts
