How do your discounts work?Updated 4 months ago

Great question! When you apply your eligible discount to an order, it is applied across all items in the order. For example, if you ordered three items at $50 apiece (for a total of $150) and apply a $15 discount, that discount is spread across the three items in the order in $5 increments, and you will have paid $45 per item once all is said and done.

In the case of a refund against an order with a discount applied, the refund issued will reflect the total amount you paid for the items being returned, which will also account for the discount that was applied to the item. Take the above case, where you purchase three items at $50 each for a total of $150, and then apply a discount of $15. If you were to return one item from the order for a refund, since you paid $45 for that item due to the discount being spread across the items in the order, you will receive a refund of $45, and the remaining items will keep their $5 discounts.
